HazzDoc Fill-In Forms: Who in my company ACTUALLY needs this?

I had a situation last week that I thought translated to a lot of what HazzDoc is all about and I figured I share…
My coworker, in account management/customer service, was processing multiple international hazardous shipments headed to Southeast Asia. Our company was tapped by a major customer to supply a variety of products to some smaller third party vendors overseas. We needed to ship multiple products and process numerous purchase orders in order to meet the demand for this client.
My associate wasn’t using HazzDoc’s custom fill-in forms at the time and in the end, I knew that had he, things would’ve been much different.
This meant TONS of paperwork and LOTS of time.

After my colleague did multiple versions of each form due to the customer needing to make multiple changes, he had just about lost it.
I could hear him from across the building…
“WILL THIS NEVER END??!!”
At this moment of utter irritation and exasperation, I figured I better nudge him…
